Some of the rules pertaining to commonly used words are:
1. Atleast is not a single word. It is 'at least'.
Same for the word incase. It is 'in case'.
2. Avoid using anyways; use 'anyway'.
Although anyways is not wrong, it is quite informal and its usage should be avoided.
