πWe use the second conditional to talk about unreal or impossible things.
‘If I won a million dollars I would buy a new house’.
If + past simple + would + infinitive
‘If I had a house in the hills, I would have parties every night’.
‘If we went to Europe, we could live in a beautiful castle’.
Make sentences using ‘if’ for the following situations:
1. You had lots of money
2. You met someone famous
