With emotions, such as unhappiness, we often use certain adverbs. Here are some examples with different degrees of intensity, from weakest to strongest:

ππ"Oh, you know, a bit / a little * / rather / quite / very unhappy, to be honest."
You can also use these adverbs with the synonyms of unhappy.
*Note: although we can use a little we don't use a lot as an adverb before adjectives.

An 'aid agency' is an organisation that helps to provide money, equipment or services to people in need.
The noun 'aid' means 'help'.
'She went to the aid of an old man who slipped and fell on the street.'
'I can't walk without the aid of my crutches.'
You might also hear terms like 'disaster aid' or 'cyclone aid' or 'humanitarian aid'.
These all refer to help and support given to help people after a disaster has occurred.
